Zain Jordan’s ZINC Becomes Strategic Partner of the Arab Youth Center – Jordan
alwakaai news-Amman, 24th August 2026: Zain Jordan, through its Zain Innovation Campus (ZINC), has provided strategic partnership support for the launch of the Arab Youth Center – Jordan (AYC-Jo), established through a partnership between the Arab Youth Center in the United Arab Emirates and the Crown Prince Foundation.

The new center will serve as an integrated platform for empowering Jordanian youth, enabling them to develop their skills and gain greater access to learning, collaboration, innovation and entrepreneurship opportunities, while connecting them with youth-focused programs and initiatives at both the local and regional levels.

The partnership further reinforces Jordan’s position on the regional entrepreneurship and innovation map, particularly as the Arab Youth Center – Jordan represents the first branch of the Arab Youth Center outside the UAE. It also reflects the Kingdom’s strong pool of young talent, skills and entrepreneurial capabilities, supporting Jordan’s vision of strengthening its position as a nurturing environment for talent, innovative ideas and entrepreneurial ventures, as well as a regional hub for collaboration, knowledge exchange and the development of partnerships in innovation and entrepreneurship.

The strategic partnership falls within the ongoing role of ZINC in supporting Jordan’s youth, entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem, and reflects Zain Jordan’s continued commitment to developing strategic partnerships and investing in human capital and youth capabilities. Through its programs and partnerships, the company continues to contribute to creating a more enabling environment for innovators, entrepreneurs and startups, while providing the infrastructure, resources, expertise and networks needed to help them develop their ideas into scalable and sustainable ventures. This, in turn, supports the growth of national businesses and creates new opportunities with economic and social impact.

As part of its support, Zain Jordan is contributing to the establishment of the center’s operational and technological environment at King Abdullah II Gardens in Al Muqabalain, in addition to supporting its youth-focused programs and activities. The company’s contribution includes both financial and in-kind support, including the provision of high-speed internet services, connectivity and communications services through SIP Trunk technology, and IP-based telephony services.

Zain will also support joint activities and programs and collaborate with the center on specialized training, entrepreneurship and capacity-building programs, competitions and hackathons. Participants will also benefit from Zain’s broader ecosystem of programs, opportunities and communities, including access to ZINC network and its extensive experience in supporting startups and entrepreneurs.

Through this collaboration, young people will have greater opportunities to move from acquiring knowledge and developing ideas to experimentation, implementation and venture building. They will also gain access to wider channels for connecting with experts, partners and opportunities across Jordan’s entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem.

The partnership also builds on Zain Jordan’s longstanding strategic collaboration with the Crown Prince Foundation, through ZINC, which has continued for several years with the shared objective of serving Jordanian youth and strengthening their skills and experience through a range of joint programs and initiatives.
During the opening ceremony, held today in the presence of representatives from the Arab Youth Center in UAE, Jordanian officials, representatives of the Crown Prince Foundation, partners and relevant stakeholders, ZINC delivered a series of specialized activities and training sessions for young participants.

The sessions focused on equipping participants with the practical knowledge and tools needed to develop their ideas and projects and enhance their readiness to move from ideation to implementation. They also addressed key areas aimed at strengthening participants’ skills, refining their business models and enhancing their ability to navigate challenges faced by ventures at different stages of development. The sessions ultimately sought to help young people transform their ideas into viable, scalable projects while providing them with the knowledge needed to build their professional and entrepreneurial pathways.

The Arab Youth Center – Jordan, the first branch of the Arab Youth Center outside the UAE, aims to expand the opportunities available to Arab youth, strengthen communication and knowledge exchange, and create an environment that brings together talented individuals, innovators and ambitious young people from diverse fields. The center is designed to support their professional and entrepreneurial development and open broader avenues for collaboration and access to specialized programs and initiatives.

Located at King Abdullah II Gardens in Al Muqabalain, the center provides integrated spaces and an environment for learning, networking, collaboration and idea development. It also offers access to the Arab Youth Center’s programs, partners and regional network, further supporting knowledge exchange, skills development, and the growth of youth-led projects and initiatives.
